Windsurfing: Lancing Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: F5-6 Surf / Sea State: Waves Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered:
Another cracking session. Almost identical to the previous monday. This
time on the rising tide not the falling tide. Popped into the office then
down the beach at Lancing by 9am, rigged a 5.3m. Perfectly clear blue skies
and south west side shore conditions with waist high waves. Bit messier
than usual as the wind had been right round in the southeast the night
before so there were some cross waves i guess. Nevertheless, the waves were
peeling and the wind was whipping small plumes off the top.
Eventually changed down to a 4.5m Ezzy and was much more in control on the
waves.
Some bigger clean (headhigh) waves started forming up as the tide pushed
in. Sailed non-stop till 12ish then packed up cos i was pretty much
knackered.
